Their sentence matters: the eviction process is controlled by California state law. That is why a City highlights page about emergency ordinances is not a substitute for the unlawful detainer calendar. LAHD can tell you whether this unit is under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. They ask a question renters actually type: why a sheriff lockout notice after you did not lose at trial. A lockout notice is a different paper from the judgment.
